Connect to movement and growing baby throughout any trimester in this 6-week Pre-natal Yoga series. A gentle combination of flow, restorative yoga, and meditation designed with pregnant moms in mind. This class will use props and offer variations and modifications specific to the considerations needed for each trimester of pregnancy as well as each individual mamma-to-be. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Join other mamas while connecting to, and nourishing, yourself during your 9-month journey to motherhood. Yoga during pregnancy helps to prevent, reduce, or alleviate pain, prepare the body for labor, reduce stress and anxiety, and helps to deepen the connection between you and your babe.
